Scheduling a Meeting

  1. Log in to Cyph
    1. Open app or navigate to
  2. Go to Meetings
    1. If on mobile, click on the hamburger and go to Meetings
  3. Click on the SCHEDULE A MEETING button at the top of the screen
  4. Type in Name, Email, and/or Phone Number
  5. Type in a Reason for Appointment (required)
  6. Select the Appointment Duration (required; drop-down)
  7. Select the Call Type (required; drop-down)
  8. Select the Start Date and Start Time (required)
  9. Select whether or not to Share Local Time Zone
  10. Then click Send
  11. Recipients will receive a calendar invite either via e-mail or SMS
